Updating ref A USG query on the possible re-exporting of
firearms purchased by the GOK from the United States, Kuwaiti
MOI Director of Supply Brigadier General Hammed Al-Bannai
confirmed to Embassy November 12 that the GOK received all
the firearms listed on license 050126494 (ref B) and that
Smith & Wesson firearm bearing serial number BJM3362 remains
in the MOI warehouse and has not been issued to third
parties.
