Ngoy Katumwe, head of the MFA's International Organizations
Directorate, encouraging the DRC to support a single
resolution on the Middle East at the IAEA General Conference.
Ngoy commented that the USG position "seemed reasonable."
He promised to contact the DRC's ambassador in Brussels, who
is responsible for IAEA issues.
