Background: A number of possible areas for U.S.-DRC cooperation were discussed during Secretary Clinton's meetings with President Kabila and Prime Minister Muzito (reftels). Embassy has developed a matrix below, at para. 2., as the basis for implementing actions discussed during the Secretary's visit. The same matrix in a graph format will be sent to interested offices in Washington via e-mail.
