of the International Organizations Directorate in the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs. Ngoy said the GDRC is inclined to support the USG
candidate for the UN Appeals Tribunal. He added that he would,
however, need to consult with the Foreign Minister, after which he
will send us a formal response.
