1.(SBU) Per reftel, post made annual request for staffing,
employment, and budget data for the International Seabed Authority;
however, the Authority's staff indicated that, based on legal
advice, the Authority would be unable to provide the information.
2.(SBU) Charge' has repeated the request directly to the Authority's
Secretary General; post will report any further response from the
Seabed Authority.
