1. (U) In response to reftel, Post has confirmed the Government of
Jamaica (GOJ) will send Marcia Forbes, Permanent Secretary in the
Ministry of Energy and Kathryn Phipps, Chairperson of the Petroleum
Corporation of Jamaica, to participate in the June 15-16 Lima event.
GOJ participants are aware of the roundtable with Caribbean
Ministers to advance Energy and Climate Partnership of the Americas
(ECPA) and will attend. GOJ participants will discuss particular
areas of interest for ECPA collaboration at the event.
