1. (SBU) Per reftel, EmbOff delivered demarche in support of Ms.
Lucretia Myers for election to the UN International Civil Service
Commission (ICSC) to Ms. Norma Taylor Roberts, Director of the
International Organizations Department of the Government of Jamaica
(GOJ)'s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade (MFAFT) on the
morning of June 8.
2. (SBU) Ms. Taylor Roberts expressed thanks for the recommendation
and said that the MFAFT would consider Ms. Myers's candidacy. Post
will report any further response from the GOJ.
