Organizations Ben Rutsinga on February 11. Asked if Rwanda
had yet determined its position on the issue (first broached
with him in July of 2008 -- reftel B) he said the African
Union had no unified position on Kosovo independence. Rwanda
would not reach an "individual determination" in advance of
such a unified position, he clarified.
