(SBU) Polcouns delivered demarche Ref A on November 24 to
MFA's Director of Europe/Americas/UN and International
Organizations Ben Rutsinga. Rutsinga expressed support for
the USG's efforts to achieve peace between Israelis and
Palestinians, and promised to relay our points to the Foreign
Minister, who is currently in Korea. Polcouns also
reiterated the USG's thanks for the Rwandan permrep's
decision not to attend the vote on the Goldstone report, per
