General of Europe, Americas and UN Affairs Mr. Ben Rutsinga
on November 4. Rutsinga promised to relay our concerns to
the Foreign Minister, who is currently out of the country but
was reachable by e-mail. He said Rwanda supported both
Israel's right to exist and Palestinians' desire for a
homeland, acknowledged U.S. efforts to keep the peace process
on track, and commented that he "personally" felt it was
important to avoid any action that might derail the peace
process.
