(SBU) The Embassy urged Uganda to vote against no action
motions and in favor of Third Committee resolutions on
Iran,Burma, and North Korea on November 12 (ref. A).
Ministry of Foreign Affairs' Multilateral Affairs Officer,
Issac Sebulime reiterated Uganda's policy of supporting no
action motions and abstaining on actual resolutions if the no
action motions fail.
