(SBU) Econ Counselor April 9 presented reftel demarche to
Mr. Rasooli of the Afghan MFA's UN Department. He replied
April 16 that Afghanistan will support Kosovo's application
for IMF and WB membership. Post also informed the British,
French, German and Italian embassies in Kabul of our action
on this demarche.
