1. This is an action request - see paragraph 2.
2. In order to comply with Leahy human rights vetting requirements,
this cable forwards the names of two (2) MOI and MOD staff members
selected for training. Post possesses no derogatory information on
these individuals. Post requests Department's review of these
candidates by February 22, 2009.
