1. This is an action request - see paragraph 2.
2. In order to comply with Leahy human rights vetting requirements,
this cable forwards the names of two (2) Afghan nationals selected
for PPS training. Post possesses no derogatory information on these
individuals. Post requests Department's review of these candidates
by August 14, 2009.
