Consulate General Istanbul requests that Washington transmit
the following cable as an ALDAC.
Consulate General Istanbul advises travelers that due to the
Fifth World Water Forum hotel rooms in Istanbul will be
extremely limited from March 16 ) 22. Travelers who plan to
attend the Fifth World Water Forum should state this clearly
in the country clearance request. Country clearance for
travel un-related to the World Water Forum will only be
granted for Mission essential travel.
