conveyed reftel points to Hong Kong Trade and Industry
Department (TID),Strategic Trade Controls Principal Trade
Officer Billy Au. Au commented that the evidence provided
appeared "flimsy," but said TID will refer our request to the
Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department (HKCED) for possible
investigation. He noted that HKCED will likely require
additional information.
