Pol/Econoff spoke with Martin Andersson Director of
International Affairs at the Finnish Communications
Regulatory Authority. Andersson stated that GOF is of the
same opinion as the USG on this matter and that they, "Won't
support Serbia making life difficult for Kosovo." Andersson
confirmed that this directive has been passed to the GOF's
head of delegation in Geneva.
