International Organizations Department Deputy Director General Mr.
Do Hung Viet, who has the lead for GVN on DPRK issues. Viet said
that MFA s still consulting on this issue with a number of other
ministries so could not comment on these points. He noted that
Vietnam always respects and carries out its responsibilities as
mandated by UNSC resolutions.
