MFA Director General for Multilateral Affairs Julio Martini and
Deputy Director Luis Carranza. Martini and Carranza said the GOG
is strongly supportive of USG and P5+1 positions on Iran, and would
vote with the USG at the IAEA if it could. However, the GOG is in
arrears at the IAEA and its voting rights are therefore currently
suspended.
