the following individuals to participate in the Firearms training,
to be held from October 19 to October 23, 2009, in Tapachula, New
Mexico. EMBASSY conducted its own review and found no credible
information that the individuals below have been involved in gross
human rights violations. Please conduct human rights vetting and
advise of any results by October 8, 2009.
