The Narcotics Affairs Section at Embassy Guatemala has identified
the following individuals to participate in the SAIA Basic Course,
to be held from October 1 to October 29, 2009, at the K-9 Regional
Training Center in Guatemala. Embassy conducted its own review and
found no credible information that the individuals below have been
involved in gross human rights violations. Please conduct human
rights vetting and advise of any results by September 25,2009.
