The Narcotics Affairs Section at Embassy Guatemala has identified
the following individuals to participate in the Handling Victims of
Family Violence Course, to be held from October 12 to October 16,
2009, at the PNC Academy in Guatemala. Embassy conducted its own
review and found no credible information that the individuals below
have been involved in gross human rights violations. Please conduct
human rights vetting and advise of any results by September 28,
