Labs, to be held from September 21 to 25, 2009, at the DEA/PGR
(under INCLE) in Tuxtla Gutierrez,Chiapas, Mexico. Embassy
conducted its own review and found no credible information that the
individuals below have been involved in gross human rights
violations. Please conduct human rights vetting and advise of any
results by September 17, 2009.
