The Political/Economic Section at Embassy Guatemala has identified
the following individuals to participate on the eTrace Seminar that
will be held at the DGECAM (GOG Ministry of Arms and Ammunitions) in
Guatemala City ongoing through March 2010. Embassy conducted its
own review and found no credible information that the individual
below has been involved in gross human rights violations. Please
conduct human rights vetting and advise of any results by September
18, 2009.
