The Narcotics Affairs Section at Embassy Guatemala has identified
the following individuals to participate in the Organization and
Implementation of the Athletic League workshop, to be held from
September 14 to 25, 2009, at the Police Academy in Guatemala.
Embassy conducted its own review and found no credible information
that the individuals below have been involved in gross human rights
violations. Please conduct human rights vetting and advise of any
results by September 11, 2009.
