The Military Group at Embassy Guatemala has identified the following
individuals to participate on the Pilot Instrument procedures Course
that will be held at the Inter American AIR Forces Academy - IAAFA,
Lackland AFB, Texas, from September 15 to December 10, 2009.
Embassy conducted its own review and found no credible information
that the individual below has been involved in gross human rights
violations. Please conduct human rights vetting and advise of any
results by September 11, 2009.
