The Military Group at Embassy Guatemala has identified the following
individual to participate on the Official visit to the United
Nations General Secretariat Representative in Port Au Prince, HAITI
from September 17 to 20, 2009. Embassy conducted its own review and
found no credible information that the individual below has been
involved in gross human rights violations. Please conduct human
rights vetting and advise of any results by September 14, 2009.
