The Military Group at Embassy Guatemala has identified the following
individual to participate on the Human Rights Initiative
Implementation Conference at the Dominican Republic from August 17
to 21, 2009. Embassy conducted its own review and found no credible
information that the individual below has been involved in gross
human rights violations. Please conduct human rights vetting and
advise of any results July 27, 2009.
