The Military Group at Embassy Guatemala has identified the following
individuals to participate in the Human Rights Initiative
Implementation Conference, to be held in Dominican Republic from
August 17 to 21, 2009. Embassy conducted its own review and found
no credible information that the individuals below have been
involved in gross human rights violations. Please conduct human
rights vetting and advise of any results by July 15, 2009.
