The Military Group at Embassy Guatemala has identified the following
individuals to participate in the EngineerOperations Course, to be
held at the Western Hemsphere Institute for Security Cooperation,
Fort Benning, Georgia, from July 9 to August 19, 2009. Embassy
conducted its own review and found no credible information that the
individuals below have been involved in gross human rights
violations. Please conduct human rights vetting and advise of any
results.
