The Military Group at Embassy Guatemala has identified the following
individuals to participate in the Program on Terrorism and Security
Studies (PTSS 09/07) to be held from June 26 to July 31, 2009 at the
George C. Marshall Center, European Center for Security Studies,
Garmish-Partenkirchen, Germany. Embassy conducted its own review
and found no credible information that the individuals below have
been involved in gross human rights violations. Please conduct
human rights vetting and advise of any results by June 23, 2009.
