The Military Group at Embassy Guatemala has identified the following
individuals to participate in the Comprehensive Security Responses
to Terrorism Course, to be held from April 16 to May 12, 2009, at
the Asian Pacific Center for Security Studies, Honolulu, Hawaii.
Embassy conducted its own review and found no credible information
that the individuals below have been involved in gross human rights
violations. Please conduct human rights vetting and advise of any
results by April 15, 2009.
