The Military Group at Embassy Guatemala has identified the following
individuals to participate in the Joint Operations Course at the
Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation, Fort Benning,
Georgia, from March 25 to May 22, 2009. Embassy conducted its own
review and found no credible information that the individuals below
have been involved in gross human rights violations. Please conduct
human rights vetting and advise of any results by March 20, 2009.
