Course, to be held from July 17, 2009 to July 30, 2010, at the Inter
American Defense College, Fort McNair, Washington D.C. Embassy
conducted its own review and found no credible information that the
individual below has been involved in gross human rights violations.
Please conduct human rights vetting and advise of any results by
April 1, 2009.
