Poloff delivered reftel demarche, invitation letter, and draft agenda to Luis Carranza, Director for Multilateral Policy at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA),urging Guatemala's participation in the upcoming US-Canada-OAS Border Security Seminar in Vancouver. Carranza said he would advise poloff once the GOG has made a decision regarding its participation in the seminar. ¶2. As suggested in reftel, poloff coordinated outreach to the GOG with the Embassy of Canada and provided background information on the seminar.
