following individual to participate on the Security and Defense
Policy Course that will be held from March 04 to 19, 2010 at the
Center for Hemispheric Defense Studies, National Defense
University, Fort McNair, Washington, D.C. Embassy conducted its
own review and found no credible information that the individual
below has been involved in gross human rights violations. Please
conduct human rights vetting and advise of any results by January
15, 2010.
