The Military Group at Embassy Guatemala has identified the
following individuals to participate on the Counterdrug Operations
Course that will be held from January 5 to March 11, 2010 at the
Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation - WHINSEC,
Fort Benning, GA. Embassy conducted its own review and found no
credible information that the individuals below have been involved
in gross human rights violations. Please conduct human rights
vetting and advise of any results by January 4, 2010.
