Basic Principles course from December 14 to December 18, 2009 at
the PNC Academy in Guatemala. Embassy conducted its own review
and found no credible information that the individuals below have
been involved in gross human rights violations. Please conduct
human rights vetting and advise of any results by December 8, 2009.
