The Military Group at Embassy Guatemala has identified the
following individuals to participate on the DISAM International
Purchaser Course, that will be held from November 29 to December
17, 2009 at the Defense Institute for Security Assistance
Management, Wright Patterson AFB, OH. Embassy conducted its own
review and found no credible information that the individuals below
have been involved in gross human rights violations. Please
conduct human rights vetting and advise of any results November 27,
