The Narcotics Affairs Section at Embassy Guatemala has identified
the following individuals to participate in the six-month training
on Penitentiary Studies, starting on October 26, 2009 at the
Penitentiary System School in Guatemala. Embassy conducted its own
review and found no credible information that the individuals below
have been involved in gross human rights violations. Please
conduct human rights vetting and advise of any results by November
6, 2009.
