The Narcotics Affairs Section at Embassy Guatemala has identified

Circuit Television Project training, starting on October 26, 2009
at the Police Academy in Guatemala. Embassy conducted its own
review and found no credible information that the individuals below
have been involved in gross human rights violations. Please
conduct human rights vetting and advise of any results by October
