The Narcotics Affairs Section at Embassy Guatemala has identified
the following individuals to participate in ongoing aviation
support training required to be part of the Aviation Support
Program, currently being conducted at the Aviation Support Hangar
in Guatemala. Embassy conducted its own review and found no
credible information that the individuals below have been involved
in gross human rights violations. Please conduct human rights
vetting and advise of any results by October 23, 2009.
