Begin text (Russian Press Release): Official Translation Press Release The second round of Russian-U.S. negotiations to work out a new, comprehensive agreement to replace the START Treaty was held in Geneva on June 1-3. There was continued discussion of a broad range of issues related to preparation of the future agreement, as well as consideration of possible parameters of the report on the course of the negotiating process, which is to be submitted to the Presidents of the two countries in July of this year.
