1. (SBU) Ambassador Nolan delivered the points from reftel
to Botswana's Minister of Foreign Affairs Phandu Skelemani on
February 18. In addition, Pol/Econ Chief delivered a
non-paper regarding the Durban Review Conference to Mr.
Shimane Kelaotswe, Assistant Director of the MFA's Europe and
the America's Division. The GOB had no substantive reply to
our demarche.
