¶1. Pol/Econ Chief delivered the information from refetel
demarche to Mrs. D. Malagas in the office of the Permanent
Secretary at Botswana's Ministry of Trade and Industry on
February 12. Post will also pass the same points to the
office of the Permananent Secretary at the Ministry of
Environment, Wildlife and Tourism. Mrs. Malagas indicated
that Botswana does not plan to send a delegation to the
meeting in Mexico City and offered no other substantive
response.
