(SBU/NF) Poloff shared the proposed agenda for the October 9
P3 discussion in Washington of Nuclear Nonproliferation
Treaty (NPT) and Fissile Material Cutoff Treaty (FMCT) issues
with Nick Low (Protect),Head of the Foreign and Commonwealth
Office's Counterproliferation Department's Nuclear Issues
Section, on September 18. (Ref) Low stated that P3 cohesion
has recently improved and that HMG remains committed to steps
that will "re-enforce and re-energize" the NPT.
