On March 20, Poloff spoke with Jamie Walsh, Desk Officer for
Disarmament and Non-Proliferation at the Department of
Foreign Affairs. He reported that due to constrained
resources, Ireland will be unable to send a representative to
the April 16 Global Initiative meeting in Seoul, but that it
would be participating in the upcoming planning meeting in
The Hague.
