¶1. In FY09, the GODJ receives and is expected to continue to
receive U.S. foreign assistance as defined in reftel.
¶2. The GODJ's budget is made publicly available on a regular
basis. Djibouti's Official Journal, Central Bank, and Ministry of
Finance publish information on the GODJ's budget. Interested
parties can easily access budget information online through the
web-based Official Journal or the Ministry of Finance's Internet
homepage. Publicly available budget breakdowns include information
about both incomes and expenditures.
