The Dili District Prosecutor's Office and the United Nations Police National Investigations Department's Prosecution Support Unit conveyed a request for judicial assistance to the Embassy on December 22. The Prosecutor's Office asked the Prosecution Support Unit to investigate misadministration at the Customs Department in 2000 and 2001. As part of that investigation, the Prosecution Support Unit requests all information, including current contact information, for Edgar Doucette, an American citizen employed by the United Nations Police from June 22, 2000, until December 19, 2001.
