Pol-Econoff inquired Directorate General of Defense Purchase
(DGDP),Foreign Consignee, on status of shipment cited reftel
¶A. Upon request by Group Captain Nurul Kabir Momin, Director
of Air Purchase, Pol-Econoff obtained a copy of DSP-83
certificate from PM/DTCC. However, DGDP was still unable to
identify shipment without DGDP reference number, which was
unavailable to PM/DTTC, and therefore could not report
status. Furthermore Group Captain Momin stated Squadron
Leader Md. Zahirul Haque left DGDP in March 2008, prior to
the date of DSP-83 certificate (reftel A). PM/DTTC advised
Pol-Econoff to report this information (ref B).
